“The arrangements to find the bus on arrival was very poor and we found ourselves wondering around a car park full of buses to locate the correct bus. We will not use a bus service again. Holiday taxis provided a good service and helped us change to a taxi for the return journey with no quibble about cancelling the return bus and reimbursing the cost.”
