“Once arrived in Heraklion and kiosk located, we stood around for about 30 minutes waiting for a driver to be assigned to our job. This wasn't ideal in the heat without sun cream on and with limited water. But once we got going all was fine and driver was very pleasant and bought us water on the way. From Elounda to Heraklion, driver was very prompt and helpful with our bags, so the actual travel was great, it was just the initial organisation at the airport which was a little bit chaotic.”

Going from Heraklion to Pallatium Apartments was great found coach with no problems and was first drop off .. on the return journey wasn’t sure why I had to go to another hotel to pick up the coach I was the only collection and coach has to drive right past the Pallatium, so why not collected from there seems pointless .. that is my only disappointment think it needs to be reviewed no need to go elsewhere”
