This September saw a 50 minute wait, sitting going nowhere after a long gruelling days travelling.
It's understood that shared shuttles are the cheapest transfer option, but a wait of 50 minutes is just too long.

“Never again awaited over 1.5hrs outbound to leave the airport then on the way home coach was over crowded with suitcases blocking the walk way so unsafe with no emergency exit and people had to sit up with the driver. The cheaper Coach got there before we did and we got the premium service which when call it which I call cattle class”
