“First driver had no idea where we were going, had to explain, he had to make phone calls (even with google info provided by us on the day to him). Driver on the way back to the airport didn’t turn up. We made some phone calls after waiting approx 20 mins. The individual we spoke to at HQ or main office wasn’t based in Dubrovnik and he had no idea where our pick up point was. (Our apartment was easily found and located by all taxis used included online booking by Uber). Turns out the driver was waiting at some chapel because and I quote “it’s easier here” but he didn’t call main office or us. All in all very disappointing and not worth the money at all. To top it off the driver was on his mobile for some of the journey back and was swinging around wildly. Bad bad company.”
