“On our arrival they were 30 minutes late and on our return they were 40 mins late. When i rang them after waiting half an hour they could find no trace of my booking even though they had sent me a text message earlier in the day to say they were confirming that their driver would be with us at 19.45 but to be ready 15 mins before. He was 40 mins late”
“Met at dubrovnik Airport, transfer was swift, driver very polite and pleasant, happy to answer any questions we had about Croatia. Slight delay on return pick up, no fault of driver, due to road traffic accident, he called to inform of delay, was very apologetic but managed to get us to airport on time. Very professional would recommend.”
