“Unfortunately, Taxi ride was unavailable for approximately half an hour, and although we paid for a 7 passenger vehicle, we were put in a small dilapidated 4 person taxi from the airport to our destination in Playa del Carmen. On the return back a seven passenger vehicle did arrive however it too was quite old.
