“The communication for pick up was non existent. Everyday they called my room to come to the front to confirm pick up which was only a coy to try and sell excursions. Then gave us a link that never loaded to confirm pick up. Then they arrived at a pick up time I never received and left just as I rushed and arrived in the front 5 min later. I need to be reimbursed as this is the second time I’ve used them and this occurred. I should have known better. The first time it happened was at arrival pick up that never happened. Horrible company. I will not use again and I will dispute the charge since the service was not fulfilled. They need to do right by customers.”
