First of all, it was super easy to book a car online, under 5 minutes I was able to arrange our pickup, they have all of the hotels and airports on their list. (our vacation was in Cancun, Mexico 2021 and they were driving us to Playa del Carmen). Second, the price, you just can't beat it! I was shocked to see 69$ for a private car for both pick up and drop off to the airport. Other taxi drivers will charge you 100$ only one way! And of course drivers and a person who greets you at the airport were super sweet, accommodating and professional. “We booked a holiday taxi from a resort near Tulum to the Cancun Airport. The taxi (VW van) was on time, clean, relatively new and we arrived at the airport on schedule. The driver was professional, safe and cordial. The only thing that was problematic was contacting the taxi dispatch but this was handled by the hotel front desk with little difficulty.”
