“Everything was great! It took us over 2 hours to get through customs at the airport and I thought our transportation was going to leave us. I called them and explain what was happening. But the company had a staff meme we waiting for us to explain that the car left but will be back in about 15 mins to come pick us up. Which was totally fine with us because they had already been waiting for us for a very long time! The car did return to get us. I was very appreciative with the staff and driver!”
