“Not great. Arrived at Cancun airport and there was someone holding a sign with our name on it. He said there was traffic so our car would be 20 minutes. Over 40 minutes later they said they had no idea where our driver was and if he was coming. We had been travelling for 15 hours so just wanted to get to Tulum! Our only option ended up being sharing a mini bus with other people (even though we had booked a private car). The journey took even longer because we had to drop them off at different hotels. Nobody apologised or explained what was happening, we had to keep going to find them to get an update.”
