“Had to wait 40 mins for our driver to collect us. Other people were arriving after us to get picked up straight away.
Not the best way to start a holiday having to wait another 40 mins after a 10 hour flight and an hour trying to get through airport security!”
“Driver difficult to locate at airport as other airport staff also wearing orange shirts. Difficulty trying to contact someone from the company during our stay about delaying our pick up back to the airport due to a delayed flight home. Tried messaging the local number given as well as emailing.”
“They were exactly where they were supposed to be, our flight was delayed by approximately 3 hours but it wasn't an issue and the taxi after a 10 minute wait for it to arrive was directe and exactly as we expected.”

Family left stranded as the TUI pick up had already gone also .

“Luggage was late off the plane so the private taxi left without us , we then were offered a mini bus with other passengers by rep saying it was going to our hotel only to find out we were the last off it one hour and forty minutes later after stopping at 4 other hotels to say it was unsatisfactory is an under statement”
