“To whom it may concern.My booking with you this time for my trip to Cyprus has been nothing short of a disaster. Firstly I wanted to go to the "Artimus Cynthia Complex" where I had booked for 10 nights stay. This I was told by you was a private address and that I could not have a shuttle transfer. Absolute rubbish as the property has 8 or so apartment blocks, nigh on 100 apartments for rental. I was informed by you that I could be dropped off nearby and you suggested the " Elysia Park". This I agreed to do and you confirmed it back to me.We arrived at Paphos airport and found our transfer operator.After a delay of nearly an hour of waiting for passengers to arrive we were off, some passengers were dropped off and then the bus stopped at an unknown hotel and we were told that we could not go to Elysia Park as this was now deemed to be a private address also.After a heated argument with the driver and his tour Manageress, we took our luggage and stood outside this Hotel, called The King Jason. Standing in a hot 30c not knowing where we were we had to ask directions and pay for a taxi to take us to our destination. For our return we had to confirm a pick up time and a pick up point ( location), I was very reluctant to do this and so I decided to book a taxi direct from my apartment to the airport, this was very efficient quick and no hassle at all. This cost 25 euros. I have been dealing with your company for some time now and never a hitch until this trip to Cyprus.I wish to express that I am upset and concerned that I have been let down by yourselves this time.Joe Ferguson.”
“Usually this is a great service, however on this occasion was below par. We booked a Mercedes to include water. What we got both ways was people carriers and no sign of any water. Also we had to call to find out where our return vehicle was as we were left standing at our hotel. Very disappointed on this occasion”

When leaving airport there is a small counter where you 'check in' this is just at airport exit. They then take you to your waiting taxi. Definitely get them again.”
