“I would give 5 stars for service but when I arrived my private car turned into a shared minibus which was OK because my family was also on minibus but they booked a 10 seat and a 14 seat turned up on the way back the driver wasn't expecting me so I wasn't on the paperwork which was worrying but he agreed to take me.
So next time if I pay for a private car I would like a private car not be squeezed into a minibus because it suits you remember I did pay for a private car.”
