“I had booked a taxi via this website to The Blue Ivy Hotel & Suites in Protaras and return. I had 2 people for my booking and met friends over in Cyprus who needed to get in the taxi back to the airport. We called up to ask if it was ok if 2 more people were to get in the taxi and everything was fine at no extra cost. However, when the driver picked us up from the hotel he explained he had only 2 people down to collect and we explained we had called up the company to ask was it ok and it was. He then proceeded to tell us it would cost an extra 30€ for the other 2 people to get in, he also asked for the money before setting off. This was not stated anywhere and we were not advised this information. I am unhappy about this as we had not been made aware we had to pay extra considering it was a max of 4 people per booking. I have the drivers registration plate if this is any help.”
