“I have used this service before and it was very much stress free which is why I booked again. Our transfer to the hotel was absolutely fine and was exactly what I expected, however our transfer back was really quite appalling and I think you should seriously consider firing staff.
We checked out of the hotel at about 6.50-6.55 and went outside to wait for our car. We were very clearly in the road with suitcases and my friend has bright pink hair, it was very hard to miss us and being so early we were looking at every car that went by (which were few).
I even called the helpline before the pick up time to ask for the number plate of the car so we could lookout for it but was told they didn’t know the number plate of the person who was picking us up which I thought was pretty weird and unsafe for 2 young girls in a foreign country. Anyway, I was told the car was going to be “yellow”.
7.20am (our pick up time) came and went so we called the company again to check where our car was and was told that they would call the driver and call me back. I didn’t receive a call back and tried several times to call again to which they either didn’t pick up or they answered, laughed at me and hung up.
They then claimed that they came to the hotel and even got out and went to the reception to ask for us but we were not there? As I said earlier we were outside from 7am at least. The staff were incredibly rude, argumentative and unhelpful, and we were made to feel that we had done something wrong when we hadn’t. The service was absolutely appalling.
After several attempts to call for support, we were told that the car was on the way and they gave us the phone number for the driver for us to call instead of calling him themselves. I tried to call the driver as instructed and he just laughed at me and hung up the phone.
Eventually at 8.10 a VW Caravelle turns up with 2 other passengers going to the airport and we were told to get in and put our cases in the back. Hesitantly we both went towards the van which was not yellow and not what we had expected from a “private” car hire because there were two other people there.
The man was rude and unapologetic, then drove like a total maniac to the airport breaking the speed limit and going through a red light at one point with four passengers in the back. Compared to the lovely transfer we had from the airport this was really shocking and I really don’t think you should be using these people if that’s what they are going to do.”
“Holiday taxis poor service, booked a private transfer and waited an hour to be told we would have to share with others. The driver drove erratically and dangerously”
“Waited for over half hour for trsf from airport to hotel, very busy morning.
Driver did see my 75 years old sister but didn’t offer to help with her hand luggage until we get to his van !!
There’s no hello or any conversation until His first words as “which hotel” then last words was “do you want to buy Budapest pest tours ,20%discount from me” so I politely said No!! And no tips naturally”
“My transfer from my hotel to Budapest airport was done very quickly and efficiently by a pleasant young lady. She first came for me at my hotel half an hour too soon, but went away and came back on time to get me to the airport.
I am very satisfied with your service. I remembered to email you beforehand to remind you of my booking as you requested.
I used your service from Prague airport as well Sabrina transfer and I will use you again. I thoroughly recommend you to anyone wanting an inexpensive airport transfer.”
