“I got a call to say that the taxi had been in a crash and to order a taxi from the hotel and get a receipt and they would refund us on the way to airport in taxi rental I got a call to say that the taxi they were sending was on its way and would be 10 minutes we were already on way to airport the person phoning me said she couldn’t understand me and hung up the taxi driver we were with was disgusted with her attitude I have since asked for a refund as of 13 September I have not had a reply or money refunded disappointed to say the least”
“We were picked up at our hotel only a very few minutes later than scheduled, and were the last stop on the journey to the airport. The last part of the journey was very slow as the driver decided to leave the motorway (long queues of traffic) and use the route through the port area. The traffic was very heavy (not the driver's fault of course) but we arrived at the airport in reasonable time for our departure as scheduled. The driver was courteous and helpful.”
