“There is no customer service i have made 3 claims now did NOT get any response yet over 1 week later so i do NOT recommend them i had problems with the time for my shuttle from the hotel to the airport so i tried to Call Them one Day before departure on their emergency number but they did NOT pick up. So had to ordrer a taxi and i am glad i did so. I would never use this Company again its a totally waste of money”
