“Had to wait 40 minutes for our driver. He took us to the wrong hotel twice. The first time was not even in the right resort. Not a good service unfortunately. When we were picked up from the hotel, he parked several hundred yards up the road, and we had to walk our cases and other baggage up the hill to meet the coach.”
