“Unexpectedly good service.
Having read some reviews I was nervous that the service might not be that great or reliable, and as it was almost midnight when I arrived at the airport, I was worried about having to find alternative arrangements should the shuttle bus not appear. But I'm pleased to say that all went well. I chose the shuttle which guaranteed no more than 4 different drops, to hopefully cut the travelling time down and this worked well. Had to wait in airport for about 40 minutes, but had been warned that the wait could be up to 60 minutes, so couldn't complain. Three couples and myself made up the 4 drops, and predictably I was the fourth drop. However, the distances were not great, and the total journey was much quicker than I had feared. We travelled in a minibus, which seemed fairly new and in good condition. The driver did not speak English, but this probably wouldn't normally be a problem. However, as I was following his route on Google maps, and knowing approximately where my destination was, I noticed that once the other couples had been dropped off, we didn't seem to be going in quite the right direction. With the help of Google translate and being able to show the driver the map I was following on my phone, he quickly realised that there were two hotels with almost the same name, and we were going to the wrong one. Contrary to what other reviewers had said, the driver was very patient and understanding, and between us we sorted out where we had to go, and he dropped me at the door. I felt bad as I would have liked to have tipped him for being so understanding, but only had a 50€ note. Would not hesitate to travel with this company and use this service again. Just a shame the wait in the airport was quite long - otherwise a great service.”
