“Palma airport to Santa Ponsa was horrendous. We had paid Holiday Taxis for a taxi to take us there. When getting off the plane I received a text saying that our taxi would be waiting for us. However when we reached the desk we were told on several occasions to wait over there. Finally after ONE HOUR a replacement taxi picked us up. He wasn't even employed by Holiday Taxis, he had just been called in by the desk because I kept going up and complaining . Not a good start to our holiday and not what we were promised or had paid for. We did not get an apology from Holiday Taxis either not even a text message saying sorry.”
