“The actual coach journey from Palma to the resort was fine, driver polite, good driver, didn't speed.
The queue to find out which was our coach at the Transunion Shuttle desk was longer than the airport security queue in Liverpool. Takes far too long to allocate people their coach. How about people walking the line as well as the people on the desk? Far too under resourced.
Next time I'll be getting a private transfer”
