“On arrival at the Holiday taxi desk we were advised that our driver had left, no reason as to why he was not available was given, we were asked to wait until another driver was located and assigned to us, we waited for approximately 30 minutes. A new driver arrived however we expected to be shown to a normal taxi as suggested within the booking process, we were however provided with a multi seat coach to accommodate the two of us, not what was expected.”
