“HolidayTaxis have been great in the past but there are major problems with the local supplier of transfer services in Izmir, Turkey. On the way out, my wife had to wait more than an hour before the journey began. She was also given conflicting information about where to wait for the pick up bus. On return, both she and I had booked (for separate transfers on different days). Both times the pick up arrived about 3 or 4 hours too early at the hotel (which was around 3am for a 6-7am pick up time originally advised). Due to inappropriate arrival time I had to take a taxi at short notice. My wife decided to cancel the transfer and book an alternative that the resort provided. However, even though the cancellation was confirmed, the local transfer company turned up at 3am obliging reception to disturb my wife in the middle of the night unnecessarily. We will not be using Holiday Taxis again for this particular transfer service.”
