“Firstly there was no one in a “yellow jacket” or holding any “signs” so it wasn’t obvious where I had to go. After walking around like an idiot I asked a taxi driver and luckily he knew the guy I was to present too .. when I got over to him he just took my name an ushered me to the side with another group of people so I just assumed we were all waiting for the same mini bus. Anyway 1 hour passes bearing in mind I’m a girl travelling alone - still waiting and the man doesn’t even had the audacity to come an inform us about how much longer it would be. At the one point I even thought am I waiting for the bus or is this something else ? Have I been forgotton about. Absaloutely exhausted after my flight and standing for ages were ushered to a bus with no apology of the wait. The driver asks me where I am going I said the hotel name so he put my suitcase accordingly to the drop offs. Anyway we get to the destination town and the bus pulls in to a big bus station and everyone gets off the lights turn off even the driver gets out. I’m just sat there like what is going on? I get off and the driver says “last stop last stop” I said no this bus is meant to drop me directly to the hotel I booked it all online and showed him my documents ! Luckily some man saw I was struggling due to the Language barrier and translated for me. It was 10.30pm by this time pitch black I’d paid for a transfer and was now thinking I was gonna have to hitch a taxi ! After a lot of words spoken the bus driver said he would just take me which so he should cus that’s what I paid for ! Really awfull experience I’ve booked before with them an never had an issue but I noticed they’ve joined with another company now .. never booking with them again I’d rather pay extra money and get a taxi !!”
“There was no taxi. We had to wait over 2 hours until a taxi did turn up. Taxi drivers driving was terrible and dangerous and taxi had no seatbelts. Will think twice before using holiday taxis again”
