“Excellent service, we were met on arrival by a lovely Turkish man had helped carry out cases to his taxi, on route to the hotel he stopped at a local shop and purchased bottled water and ice creams for myself, wife and children.
We chatted away the rest of the journey and the driver gave us some very good tips on excursions and places to see while on holiday.
Overall an excellent service and great praise must go to the lovely driver who made us feel very welcome in Turkey”
“The transfer agent at Dalaman Airport working on behalf of Holiday Taxis is a company called Mavisel, and unfortunately they don’t understand the meaning of why a customer pays for an express transfer with only 4 drop offs & a maximum of 4 pick ups on return, I’m sure if the mini bus was slightly bigger we could of managed at least 10 pick ups, this review reflects only the 4 stars rating given to Holiday Taxis, perhaps a little tighter control over the transfer agents is required.”
