“The transfers were very reasonably priced and went wonderfully smoothly. Except, after picking us up from the airport, our driver made a stop and asked if we'd like an Efes. I asked him how much it would cost, and he shook his head and waved his hand as if to say 'All part of the service.' He returned with two cans of beer and two small bottles of water. Great. Until, when he dropped us at our hotel, he held out his hand and demanded 300 lira for the drinks. My original plan had been to get my Turkish money from the ATMs, but I changed my mind and took out a small amount of lira in the UK. Had I not done this, the experience would have been extremely embarrassing, hence the 4 stars rather than 5. Apart from this, the company acted faultlessly.”
