“Easy website to use although I use it a lot for booking my transfers in Turkey, so probably with having plenty of practice, find it easy. Website allows you to book transfer one way/either way. I don't get a 'shared' transfer on arrival as you can be waiting an hour for passengers coming from different Airports in UK. I then book a private car instead and book 'Shared' transfer on my return. I must say that in the paperwork, when going to Dalaman, it instructs you to go to the kiosk outside Dalaman Airport, which is easy enough to find with having clear signage over top if kiosk. I've noticed the last few times I've been there, I've noticed that the driver stands outside the Airport doors with your name on a hand held sign. Maybe because it was a quieter time of year? I've got an unusual name so I couldn't miss it.”
