It took me almost 10 mins to walk to the hotel with a heavy suitcase and carry on bag in the boiling sun not knowing where I was going. I had been up for 24 hours and feeing very tired and weak. The only positive was that my flight had been delayed and it was early morning, rather than the intended arrival for the middle of the night, I am a female solo traveller and will not be using Holiday Taxis again as I can’t trust you have my safety!”
