The transfer stopped for a comfort break but we were not informed of this at the time of booking. It added even further to an already lengthy transfer time on top of the time we had waited at the airport.
We specifically booked with Holiday Taxis as we were told that this way would be significantly quicker (it stated on the booking max. 4 drop-offs) and more convenient than the tour operators transfer.
The day before departure we were expecting an email to confirm pick-up time. We did not receive this email so had to get in-touch with Holiday Taxis ourselves. We were told a pick up time of 6:30pm. When the bus had not arrived by 6:50 we had to once again contact the company. The phone lines were closed. Ridiculous. The hotel managed to contact an "emergency" number.
