“The Shuttle was late collecting me, stopped twice on the way to the airport, and dropped me off at the wrong terminal. As a result I missed my check in, and luckily the lady at the information desk took pity on me and helped me get an emergency check in.
This is the second time i've nearly missed my flight using holiday taxis. I used the same company last year, and only just got to the airport in time due to heavy traffic.
The company needs to schedule it's shuttles 1-2 hours earlier then it is doing, to give more time for holiday makers to spend at the airport.”
