“Drivers stopped on route both times, against our wishes at a shopping bazar for 15 minutes each. Got lost Constantly used hand held devices, not hands free. Transfer time double that stated”

“Kept us waiting for over 3 hours on the coach then over an hour + to get to side resort then driver got lost pathetic absolutely disgusting not even a drink of water offered to us and especially when I had a child with me in 30+ degree heat never again ever holiday taxis”
