It was paid in full and confirmed!
They left us in a very difficult and stressful situation.
We almost missed our flight home from Ibiza to UK.
So far no explanation , apology or refund from Holiday taxis Admin team.”

“Pick up at airport very good but dropping off 3 hundred yards away from the hotel was not very good. It was the same thing back to the airport when there was a bus station right opposite the hotel. I think unless you're guaranteed to drop holiday maker's either at the hotel and pick them up from their for the cost it would be a better service using a taxi. It's no fun trying to maneuver through the amount of people using the footpaths with luggage.”
