“Hi ,terrible impressions from the bus driver who drove us on August 2 from the hotel to the airport, when boarding the bus of British tourists, one of them forgot his phone, he said that he would quickly run and pick it up. The driver closed the door and drove off, to which all the tourists traveling with us began to shout and ask him to stop, he continued to move. And only when the wife of this tourist came up and began to pull out the steering wheel of the bus, only then did he turn around and go to pick him up. There was screaming and panic on the bus. The driver behaved as if we had come to his house and wanted something from him, except for his professional duty and hospitality to us, we did not deserve all this, maybe this is normal in Spain, but for us citizens USA it was the first time!!!!”
