“We had a bad experience with our pick up on landing in Tenerife and hopefully it won't be that bad going back We'll guess what it was worse thay never came to pick us up we waited 15mins before pick up time and 20mins after In the end called taxi will never use them again”
“Not very organised, we arrived and was told to wait as there were other passengers who would be sharing the shuttle bus with us, waited for over 30 minutes, we say passengers come and go, we were the only ones left, at this point my husband went to ask how much longer there was some confusion and a look of surprised that we were still here the assistant behind the desk made a phone call to which point they got us a drive.
On returning we were given a time after our plane would have left, I phoned the help line was relieved to find an English-speaking operator explained and was told that the would be sending an update time for collection time to our reception, they did, The shuttle bus arrived 20 minutes late, we still arrived at the airport in plenty of time.
And yes, I would use them again, they go me to my destination.”
