“Upon arrival I was told to wait at bay 59 to which my transfer never arrived. If it wasn't for a very proactive driver making a call to his officer and offering to take us on his coach I could of been waiting a very long time.
The return journey was no problem at all.
Besides the outbound journey the whole experience was as norm for a transfer company.”
