“Drivers seem to be doing a great job however I think there is a lot to be done in the area of communication and customer service in this company.
At the Airport they were not aware I was travelling with a bike box and did not want to accept my payment receipt as a proof and had to phone the central office to verify. Stressful experience. On the return trip to the airport the same thing happened despite me having called the company the day before to inform I was travelling with a bike box and was told they's let the carrier know.
Additionally the pick up schedule for the driver was badly arranged and we ended up waiting for many customers who had already left by taxy becasue they were worried to miss their flights. As a result we got to hte airport really late and stressed. I am not sure I would use this service again. Also, be prepared to sit on the bus for a very long time before departure and if you are getting dropped at one of the last stops.”
