“Holiday Taxis agent in Tenerife is very very bad and unreliable. They failed to pick up for return journey to south airport, they lied said they arrived; they had mobile contact number to check. Were waiting 30 mins before agreed pick up time and 30 mins later. Huge stress when then had to make own way.”
“Normally this taxi service is excellent however we were let down by Holiday Taxis on the 17th Oct when our taxi back to Tenerife South Airport did not arrive on time. After a 50min wait we were picked up by a hastily arranged local taxi in Los Gigantes and arrived at the airport 10mins before the check-in desk closed. No explanation was offered or given and no communication was received despite H/Taxis having our contact information.
Overall this was disappointing as we fully expected to miss our flight home. We hoped H/Taxis would explain what happened with our return booking which had been confirmed by email and by phone.
To date we have received nothing except a request to provide a review of the service.”

WE were not picked up for our return journey to the airport, had to take a taxi and pay Euro 45.00. This occurred in Tenerife on September 27th. Very Disappointed.”
