Smartly dressed driver, excellent car.
Smooth transfer - exactly as expected.
Our return trip to airport- same as experienced from this company.
An old bus turned up,
Filthy
Dilapidated
When I questioned driver "where is private car" he just laughed.
After 400 to 500 jerky gear changes later, no air-con and poor driving we got to airport”

Holiday Taxis were recommended by a friend.
We used Holiday Taxis in June 2022 to take us from Tenerife South Airport to the Hotel Barcelo Santiago and for the return journey. We had excellent service with no problems whatsoever.
We used Holiday Taxis again for our Xmas/New Year holiday to the exact same destination in Tenerife, Hotel Barcelo Santiago. On arrival our taxi was waiting, an excellent journey.
However, the return journey was a very different experience. The pick up was at 11.30 on the 6/1/23 Friday. We were in reception at 11.15 as advised by the taxi company. No driver EVER arrived. We phoned twice to be told that the taxi was on its way for the Rileys and would arrive 5 minutes later. That never happened. By 12.30 we had to phone a local taxi driver or we would have missed our flight. It was an extremely anxious and frustrating end to what had otherwise been another excellent holiday at the Barcelo. I have a receipt and details from the local taxi driver showing that we had to pay another 60 euros to get to the airport in time. It would be very difficult for us to contemplate using Holiday Taxis again unless we were given some guarantee that this would never happen again.
