“The bus never came 11.37 witch was the time i get from holidaystaxis and the time was also confirmed with a email to the hotel Teneguia in Puerto de la Cruz. The recepionist helped us to call Holidaystaxis at TFS and asked why the bus had come 11.37 day 28 february, she who answered there told the recepionist at the hotel that we never hade stay outside at the busstop but itsnt true, we was waiting from 11 a clock. She told us that she couldnt helpnus more and that wee needed to take a privat taxi to the airport. But then the bus arrived at 12 o clock and everything was right and we had lot of time to our plane which had the time 16.15 norweigan to estocolmo sweden.
How can they told us that all wrong was make from us, but the reason was that the bus was late. The chofer was very nice and to the end was everything good.
I was very nervios, because the taxi from PdlC is very expensive for 130€ and we didnt had so much money.and we had pay the ticket to holidaytaxis, this was the first time that i had something bus with this company which always have time arrived in time correct.Im so sorry that the woman at TFs was told us that we had done wrong, everything was because of us but its was the bus who arrived 12 and not 11.37.”

"Private"? Car did not arrive at designated time. Hotel Receptionist called the company contact number, and was eventually informed that he was on his way and also they use a variety of vehicles including taxis.
A Taxi eventually arrived about 35mins late and we then joined the rush hour traffic jams.”
