“When getting picked up at Tenerife airport the coach was waiting and the driver put our luggage on the coach .We waited about 15 mins then the coach left the airport .Will use holiday taxis again and I don t have any complaints”

Driver was supposed to pick me up between 17:00 and 17:15 but did not show
I called supplier at 17:25 and was told he will be 10 minutes late
I called again at 17:35 and was told the same, another 10 minutes, if he did not show then I would be in danger of missing my flight
when I called the UK number I was told driver should get me to airport 2.5 hours from departure but when I said it was less than 2 hours before and I was still stuck in resort I was told I would need to speak to complaints dept, no use when missed flight was the next option I was therefore forced to take a Taxi at my own expense
I have used holiday taxi for years and this one bad experience poorly handled has changed my view”
