“Had booked a minibus for 8. Nobody waiting for us in arrivals, had to go to a desk to be told there was no mini bus available and would be 2 taxis. Again we had to wait till a member of staff took us out to wait for the next available taxis. Not ideal when travelling with 4 children and not the standard of service we are used to from holiday taxis in other countries.”
“I had ordered a taxi at 8:05 am on Sunday, August 7th. No taxi after half an hour of waiting. Tried to contact by phone, but the switchboard was not reachable. Had to walk far to a hotel for another taxi ! Had to go to the airport. Very bad. I will never book again , this is already the second time !”
