“We had no benefit from booking and paying in advance. On arrival In Tenerife we were advised that our private taxi was not there to take us to the hotel. After some delay, we were escorted to the public taxi rank and made to wait for a taxi there….a member of staff did stand with us but we had no benefit of booking in advance. Very disappointing.”
