“Shocking driver never turned up to pick us up spent 20 minutes on hold with the agent on,y to be told our booking was mixed up and ask the hotel to order a taxi. Keep a receipt and contact customer services. Did all that and a week later still waiting to hear from customer services”
“Brilliant service as usual. Friendly safe driver and cool car. One negative there was no one waiting for us on arrival and I spent some time going from one kiosk to another until someone found our booking. Our flight was on time so a delayed flight could not have been the issue but overall a great service.”
