“I booked this pick up online and when we arrived at the airport it was a free for all as to who got the taxis available. There was not a taxi with my name associated with it, very poor service. Will not be using again.”

Holiday taxis have contacted me for more information which I supplied.
Unfortunately they have refused to refund the payment I made to them,but suggested I claim on my holiday insurance!!!, I would have done this but the excess is more than the cost.
So the company has made money from me and God knows how many others.
I will not be using them again.”
