“On arrival at Tenerife South Airport we were left waiting on the coach for 1 hour,20 minutes before departure to our accomodation. On arriving in Playa de las Americas after 10 pm we were dropped off at Parque Santiago 111 instead of Parque Santiago 1 so we had to walk a further 8 minutes to get to our accommodation.
All was good on return trip to airport.”
“Didn’t get picked up at all for return to the airport and we had to get a taxi
Also left outside in the sun waiting for our transfer that didn’t show still no refund.”
