“Baggage is always out on baggage reclaim so quickly. The new passport control system is sometime slow but families go through normal system of having person contact checking passports rather than a machine. All the staff are approachable and friendly. Departures, can queue for a while on check in but that’s normal, security is always quick with no queues. All security officials are also approachable and friendly.”
