“I have seen a lot of overinflated house prices during my house selling and buying experience which started at the end of May this year and am currently stuck waiting for a buyer's bank valuation on my home over 8 days now, before I can move on with a survey on the property I want to buy. I was worried my house would not match the agents estimate and have seen generalised prices on Zoopla way above the asking price I settled for. So I used the Home Owners Alliance Tool which is spot on the asking price, absolutely spot on! So that gives me confidence whilst waiting to see if the valuer drops the asking price on mine significantly or not.
