“I bought a newspaper for £31.48 delivered. Generally good condition, unfortunately there was a handwritten name on the front of the newspaper (paper delivery boy customer name). I brought this to the attention of the company, the reply stated that it was the nature of the product and some have crosswords filled in. I was offered a return/buy another copy but was warned that it could be in worse condition. The company should warn customers about individual blemishes prior to purchase.”
