“Absolutely terrible quality, so disappointing. Pages and sections are totally unreadable and when raised with customer care they were rude and unhelpful. Pointless buying a book that can’t be read.
Took several emails to just get them to agree to allow a return. Faulty product and terrible service.”
“Cannot read some pages due to nature of how it has been scanned. Material version is nicer than the leather version (the wording on the leather version looks like it has been tip-exed).”
