“The product itself is of good quality - very happy with this. Problem with delayed delivery and on phoning I was told to visit the post office myself to chase! I phoned back to inform customer services the post office had not got my product. This time I spoke to someone who was much more helpful and who looked into it, apologised and explained the delivery was delayed ( Royal Mail). The delay was not the company’s fault but if customer services could have been more helpful initially , it would have been appreciated.”
